Registration Information
  • You can sign-up for any combination of days each week. There is a 12 day minimum sign-up required for all campers.
  • Daily Rates: $68 per day. Sign up by April 25th and receive $5.00 off each day of camp.
  • Extended Day Care: EDC is available on a regular basis only. Morning EDC is from 7:30-8:30 AM and/or afternoon EDC is from 4:15-6:00 PM. There is an additional charge per day of $8.00 for AM/PM and $12.00 for both. If your child is not signed up for EDC and he/she attends, your account will be charged accordingly.
  • Additional Days: Additional days after the early registration deadline will be charged the rate of $68.00 per day (even if you initially received the early registration rate). Once camp has started, additional days and weeks are available as space permits at the rate of $68.00 per additional day. Extensions may be payable by check or credit card at the time of booking.
  • Absences/Make-Up Days: Two make-up days are allowed per camper for illness only. The camp must be notified by 8:00 AM the day of the absence (if not notified, you will not be eligible for a make-up day). Days missed can be rescheduled if there is availability in your child's group. You must call the Camp Office by 6 PM the day before your desired make-up day.
  • Schedule Changes: Before May 20th, 2013 we will make every effort to accommodate changes to your camper's schedule. After May 20th, you will be allowed two schedule changes (switching of days). After two, you will be charged a $15.00 service fee for any schedule change made to your child's schedule. This does not include adding additional days.
  • Deposits and Payments: A deposit of $200 per child must accompany the application to confirm registration. Your deposit is applied towards your tuition. Tuition is due in full by May 20th, 2013. If your tuition is not received in full by June 1st, your child will be dropped from his/her group and your deposit will be nonrefundable. Tuition is payable by check/credit card; there is a 3% charge on all credit card payments. For families with two children enrolled, there is a 5% sibling discount off your second child tuition (child with equal or lesser days). For families with three children enrolled, there is an 8% sibling discount given off third child's total tuition.
  • Refunds: In case of cancelation prior to May 20th, 2013 you will receive a refund of your deposit or full tuition minus a $50.00 charge per child. After May 20th there are NO REFUNDS. There are no refunds for absences or unused make-up days.
  • Attendance: If you send your child to camp on a day that he/she is not signed up for, or are using as a make-up day without consent from the Camp Office, you will be charged $92.50 (a day and a half) for that day. If there is no room in your group, you will be expected to come pick your child.
  • Field Trips: Wednesday field trips are available at an additional charge of $25.00 per trip. If your child does not wear a camp t-shirt on a field trip day, he/she will not be allowed to attend.
